Payment Options for Dental Care
Generally speaking, our dental office accepts the following payment alternatives:
- Dental insurance
- Personal checks
- Debit and credit cards
- Third-party dental financing (Care Credit Payment plans)
We will help determine the approximate coverage provided by your dental insurance carrier, however, please keep in mind that we can only provide an estimate for dental treatments. We cannot guarantee the amount any insurance company will authorize.
If we are able to accept your insurance company’s assignment, your claim will be promptly submitted after you receive treatment. To expedite the process for new patients, please download our patient information form to bring with you at the time of your first appointment. Our patient form includes fields for your insurance carrier and with this information, we can find out fairly quickly what your coverage amounts will be for your dental treatment.
While patients are ultimately responsible for charges, our staff is always here to help patients get the most out of their dental benefits plan. In the event an insurance company has not paid a claim after 60 days, we will bill the patient for the amount due.
Care Credit Payment
If you prefer to make monthly payments, we can finance your treatments with a third-party company called Care Credit that specializes in financing patient healthcare. Visit Care Credit to apply through their credit approval process.
